Good food, good show, good place to dine. To me going out to dine at a restaurant is not just for the food. Of course the food must be good but the ambience, the service and the setting of the place make up a good percentage of the whole picture. Sensi has the ambience and setting better than most. The open concept kitchen in the middle of the dinning area with thick glass to isolate the heat but let you see the action inside was one of the best entertainment in Las Vegas. That alone is worth a trip, especially when they are really busy. The tables size are bigger than average and were spaciously set. The whole place has a comfortable and relax feel. The receptionists were friendly and sincere. As for the food, I had Yellowtail Sashimi for starter, Seabass for entree with duck fried rice on the side. Chocolate Souffle for dessert and all were excellent. My server Ken and the rest of the clew has complete the finishing touch of my fine dinning experience at Sensi.
