This was another Vegas buffet disappointment for me. The place is located at the hotel basement and has no windows. The sushi, I found once again (similar experience at other Vegas buffets) to be of super-market quality in my opinion. I found the service to have been barely adequate. The only thing that stood out for me (like other reviewers pointed out) was the (small) middle eastern station where they had nice tabouli, nice lamb kebab, hommus, and a delicious curry chicken. I did not enjoy the seafood nor the Asian section. The pizza was descent.

Average. Was a lot better when I came here last year. Service was almost nonexistent. Food was average. Most of the hot foods was covered with grease. Not worth the $30 we paid for brunch.
I went to this place on a Thursday night, short five minute line, got seated in some weird corner where there was no one, tired the cocktail shrimps and crabs legs, cocktail shrimps had shells on them that where hard to peel, where as caesars palace bacchanal buffet, had there’s pre shelled for the customer, the crab legs were also salty than caesars palace bacchanal buffet, so all in all not even close to caesars palace bacchanal buffet
Has Gone Downhill, SAVE YOUR Money $$$. Refused our 2 for one coupon by claiming the contract with the purchaser was cancelled. (The coupon was set to expire the next month.) We went ahead and purchased for dinner after getting a whole $1 off due to be a Players Club member. This use to be our favorite Vegas buffet. Not any more. The buffet items were cold, the food was tasteless and haphazardly prepared. Not even close to the quality we had enjoined in the past. I can only surmise that Planet Hollywood is part of the group that are now facing bankruptcy proceedings. For whatever the reason I would not waste money on this dinning experience.
Not Worth it. Don’t go!. While reading the reviews here please remember that the Spice Market Buffet used to be a quality restaurant with good food and good service. That is no longer the case. We visited the establishment on 11-13-14. In the past they had quality Sushi, Steamed Crab Legs, peel and eat shrimp, flavorful Prime Rib and many ethnic selections. THIS IS NOT THE CASE TODAY.Apparently the foreign ownership has the made the decision that while not lowering the price ($167.00 for 5 people) they cut the quality of food dramatically. Sushi is old, sticky and not good. Crab legs are cold and they no longer steam them for those that want warm food. The shrimp is peeled ready to eat and is limp and slimy. I have had better hamburger than their prime rib. The lamb is overcooked and appeared as little chunks of charcoal. When discussing the problems with management, they simply do not care. They know many travelers will not investigate their restaurant and they rely on past performance and reputation to get you in the door, and take your money. There are so many other options for dining in the limited time you have in Las Vegas, do not waste your time and dollars on this place. It simply is not worth it.
