The late night staff is cool…but as I’m staying in the casino here I think it ridiculous to not be able to order food to pick up … Even as I sit in casino my son texted from room he’s hungry . I call upstairs . …to be told no I had to go upstairs to order food and I had to sit at a table to fo so …not only that you have to box your own food. Cause they don’t do take out …even if your staying here …if I play here so much accommodations should be made.

Food was reasonable & well prepared. Some of the best prime rib I have ever found. The grilled salmon was quite good. I’d welcome either in my home town. It was a gift after several overpriced places with much less quality. The service is a bit sluggish. Not a good place to hurry. If you are leisurely, it’s worth the time.

The cafe was located in a very smoky casino. Unfortunately, the smoke only decreased slightly in the cafe upstairs. The staff forgot to bring a side dish. That being said, the food was delicious and it was a good value.

Not so good. First off, this entire building is so poorly ventilated, the smoking smell is overwhelming and headache inducing. Plus, they don’t allow take-out to ones hotel room, so if you’re staying here, be prepared to wait patiently at a table and then dump it all in a to-go box yourself. The food here is below average, but I guess that’s to be expected at these low prices. My $4.99 late night special top sirloin was cut too thin and on the dry side. Vegetables were rubbery and overdone. The only bright spot was the brown gravy on my mashed potatoes was maybe the best I’ve ever had.I would recommend skipping this cafe/hotel/casino altogether.

Okay. The wait staff seemed a little sleepy so service was very slow. I started acting like I had ants in my pants as the clock ticked down and then finally after a 10 minutes wait our waitress appeared. We each ordered the deuces wild special – 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and slices of bacon. The pancakes were way too thick, but the eggs and bacon were very good.

Lots of Food!!. Walking distance from Thomas & Mack Arena so very convenient for us PBR fans who attend the World Finals every year. The fried chicken plate had 6 (!!) pieces of chicken, fries and cole slaw. Plus the rolls that came with the meal. My husband adores the BLT sandwich-definitely wasn’t skimpy on the bacon and the rye bread was very good. The portions are large enough to share. Not gourmet fare but if you want to fill up, this is the place.
