The Strip House in PH was our second stop for steak during a week long golf holiday. After a poor experience at Gordon Ramsay’s Steak in the Paris we were a bit hesitant. Our table decided on the Surf & Turf x 2 as well as the Porterhouse for 2. Sides were the mushrooms, mac and cheese and asparagus. Dessert – the 12 layer cake and Baked Alaska. Service was excellent, prompt and attentive. Carlos, was also knowledgable in what we were looking for in a good wine. The food was delicious and not too overly priced (unfortunately most places in Vegas are). The Porterhouse was excellent as well as the sides with the exception of the asparagus which was quite bland. The lobster was cooked very well and proved to be deliciously tender. Dessert was tasty and devoured by the table. Lastly, cocktails were well made and refreshing.All in all, an excellent meal with excellent service. Definitely recommended.
