Fast, great service. Top shelf margarita was excellent. Guacamole was also excellent and the Mexican corn was very good. Massive portions and though the place was packed, service was attentive and excellent. My beef burrito was huge! Tacos are also very good – we had steak and fish tacos.
Arrived to Vegas and stopped here for lunch after checking-in to The Luxor.Usually I come to T&T for one taco and a quick drink before heading off to do whatever on the Vegas strip. This time, I grabbed a plate and took advantage of the bottomless frozen margarita deal that’s available until 3pm. The #1 Alembra tacos were just as good as always. Juicy filet mignon meat, bacon and cheese. One great combo. The frozen margaritas were good but I’m not sure how anyone can truly get there money’s worth. Like a regular margarita, these can be downed fast but unlike a regular margarita…brain freeze or in my case spine freeze is to follow. Yep I’m weird LOL. You can try chugging them as fast as possible to get in the amount of margaritas to make it worth it but it’ll be a bumpy road. It will also be a funny one if you’re with a group of friends and like seeing the facial expressions from the freeze. This was another great time at T&T. I’ve yet to try any other taco here to date but that’s ok. The #1 Alembra tacos are awesome and more importantly, it has BACON!!!Visit Dates 8/20/2016 and 6/6/2015
This was a pretty good Mexican place. I sat at the bar with a friend and had absolutely wonderful service from the barman, he was chatty and friendly and made us feel really welcome and was fun.We ordered margaritas that were delicious and of course has tacos. They were really tasty and this was just an all around good meal. Would go back if i was staying here for sure.
Tacos & Tequila is a great Place to stop by if on the south side of the strip. Located just inside the Luxor on the atrium level across from the front desk. I wasn’t feeling the greatest when we went here (Vegas will do that!!) so I had some of the fresh tortilla chips and salsa they serve you to start and chicken tortilla soup. They both were delicious. The rest of my party ordered full meals and we’re all equally as happy with theirs as I was with mine. The chips and salsa were served warm and with 2 types of salsa. The server was prompt and helpful. The chicken tortilla soup was flavourful and had fresh chunks of avacado throughout that were still a bit cold which added the perfect taste and texture. It had shredded chicken and crunchy tortillas. Highly recommend trying!!
Pretty darn good. I visited T&T at my recent stay at the Luxor. The service was outstanding and better than I could have expected. The food was super fresh and adequately seasoned. My mojito was superior with enough alcohol and very fresh mint leaves. I had the steak tacos and was very happy with my choice. Black beans are not my favorite, but even those were pretty good. If I’m ever near the Luxor again, I’d choose T&T to eat at.
Mediocre Mexican food. To start with, when you walk in, the way the restaurant is set up it makes you feel like it’s just a pass thru in a lobby. The chips were greasy but the salsa was tasty. The nacho platter cheese tasted like cheeze whiz and the beans tasted like they came out of a can. I ordered the veggie burrito and as the waiter put the plate down he informed me that the beans on the side had a little pork in them. The rice on the side was tasteless. The burrito had a few tasteless veggies in them.
Set the bar for mexican. Upon check in we stopped in here for lunch. Delicious chips and home made salsa are complimentary. We ordered tacos, enchiladas, and our first ever tamale. Both served with rive and beans. Some of the best mexican we have had. Margeritas were stellar.
