Lovely restaurant, unfortunately their kitchen manager doesn’t plan well for their highly touted Sunday Brunch. They were completely out of the steak and eggs menu item by 11:00 am. With as many restaurants as the Wynn has on property, it seems they would be able to procure additional filets without much trouble.
Beautiful Patio, Tasty Food. The patio area of Tower Suite Cafe is beautiful and peaceful. I could spend all day out there. The food is decent. I ordered the handmade orecchiette pasta from the vegetarian menu and asked for it to be made vegan, as our server indicated that the entire vegetarian menu could be made as such. It came with shaved parmesan on top. I had it sent back and a fresh one was in front of me within 7 minutes. The others in our group enjoyed their food but I didn’t hear anyone oohing and ahhing so I guess it was tasty enough but nothing terribly exciting. I think the cocktails were more exciting than anything. Amazing cranberry mojitos. I’d come back just to sit out there and drink mojitos.
Hmm?. This is a tough one for me. Love the room – one of the nicest in Vegas. Food… not so much.
Must try the tuna tartare salad at lunch. Relaxed but formal dining in the Towers area of the Wynn. Enjoyed an outstanding ahi tuna tartare salad for lunch. Recommended.
Superb New American- No Longer Open For Dinner. I had dinner at Tableau during my February stay at Encore. This was after Mark LoRusso left to open Botero, so I did not know what to expect. I should not have worried. The room is tucked away off of the Wynn Tower Suites lobby, so it’s very quiet. The decor is beautiful.Diners had a choice of a la carte, prix fixe, and tasting menu. I chose the tasting menu with a wine pairing. The food was delicious. Service was letter perfect. It’s expensive, but an outstanding meal in every respect. Tableau is now open only for breakfast, bruch, and lunch. I’m looking forward to returning when I stay at Wynn in May.
