Second time here and it definitely won’t be my last. The food is fresh and, depending on what you order, is usually sitting right behind the chef. You have the choice of ordering off the menu from Masa, but you don’t come to Vegas for sushi…do you? Anyway, order from the left side of Tetsu menu and you’ll get the full experience of having your food prepared at your table. The Chefs are meticulous, gracious, and some are even entertaining. The service is excellent and despite the high prices on the menu the waiters are down to earth and unpretentious. Easily one of my favourite restaurants. (See comments for an update)
Great Teppan on the strip at Aria. Not a typical menu setup, but was explained more like a steakhouse menu-it’s all a la carte. This makes it a lot more pricey, but I tend to expect that in Vegas. Ordered the mushroom miso soup, zucchini, morel mushrooms and lamb. Honestly one of the most tantalizing meals for my palate I’ve had in a long while-would absolutely go back. Service was impeccable and our waiter, Milan, made it a wonderful experience.
