One of my best steak experiences! Pricey but for all you can eat prime steak and buffet, we had no second thoughts! I am so grateful to one of my Vegas family who brought us there. This resto is quite busy and service is amazing. You get to go and choose anything on the buffet and the steaks are delivered to your table freshly cooked, your choice to sample (waiters/attendants roaming, going table to table with their offerings). They rely on how much you want on your plate. Wine, with a spectacular choice to pair with your meat, is not part of the buffet but its not something to miss! So is dessert, if you still have room after that large primarily protein meal!

Having been to the traditional churrasqueiras in Brazil last year, I can safely say what’s not to love about unlimited steak? That is of course a rhetorical question because the answer is nothing! Texas de Brazil, to me, is the Las Vegas equivalent of Rodizios, South Africa and I loved my evening eating here in Town Square. After paying your $50, you get given your double sided green & red car, then you can sit and eat to your hearts content! *Recommendation: Make sure you skip breakfast and lunch if you are going to make the most of your meal here. laurasworld.co.za

Solid Experience with Great Service. First time to Texas de Brazil and it seems to be on the upper end of Brazilian Steakhouses. Very clean, nice linens, wine glasses, and dark wood dominate the scene. The salad bar is spot on, lots of selection which was very fresh and delicious. The lobster bisque, roasted garlic, and grape salad were my favorites. The meat was very tender, not overly salted, and cooked to a medium rare for the most part. The servers would always let you know the temperature prior to slicing a piece, which was a nice touch. The meat came fast and furious, there were lots of cuts to indulge in. Delicious however not too exoctic. My favorite was actually the flank steak over other cuts like the filet mignon; the flank was more tender and juicy, perhaps it cooks better over an open flame then less fatty cuts. I did not like the pork spare ribs, edible yes but not recommended. The rib was slathered in sauce, I could barely taste the pork. The sausage was also not my favorite, the spices used to season overpowered the other food and I couldn’t eat more than half a link.It was on the higher end of price, however it sells itself as such and it’s no higher than upper end steakhouses. The service was spot on. Very friendly and well worth a 20% percent tip. Its the first time I have had a server invite me to request him by name the next time I visit (I guess I spent enough) which I will happily do so next time we visit! Also don’t leave without trying the papaya smoothie dessert, amazing and very satisfying after so much meat.

All you can eat meat wonderland. If your hungry and want to eat delicious meats of all varieties this is the place to go. Yes it’s pretty expensive but for meat lovers on a special occasion it’s great. We have been to Texas de Brazil locations around the world and have always found the quality to be great.

Really not impressed. This ruined my Brazil steakhouse opinion for life. Pointless that much meat, apps sucked, and so did the buffet style sides. I will take Quality over quantity any day!

I love protein and this place aces that. Bonus was the decent salad bar and restaurant service. Bar service prior to our meal was awful (rude basically).

Missing something. Salad bar, tenderloin rare, carrot cake…excellent, service very very good, ambiance excellent, pork ribs and chicken while very good were over cooked and waiter could have been better at wine recommendation, This was the first time I’ve been to a brazillian bbq and not offered their signature blood sausage….thats what was missing.
