For a big spread, there were a lot of food items that should typically be there on buffets but to my surprise was not here. e.g. Sashimi. The food was okay, bothing stood out. But the breakfast spread was a little bit better than the dinner spread. Loved their waffles and pancakes as they had the right fluff.

A had heard a lot about the buffet served at Aria so we decide it to give it a try for New Year’s brunch. There was a huge queue in front of the restaurant and I loved how they had marked different times indicating how long it would take to be seated at various points in the queue. While we stood we could take a peek at what all was on offer and it kept us salivating. It actually did not take us all that long to be billed and seated to begin the food journey. They have various counters for Asian, Tandoori, Italian, Seafood, Breads, Salads, Deserts and more!It is not possible to try out everything they have on offer (the selection is absolutely huge at each counter) but make sure you try something out from each section. The crabs were great – highly recommend you fill a plate up and start with these as I think I saw people at most tables doing the same. Also the meat section had honey glazed ham, turkey, pork sausage, beef sirloin, pancake, carrot cake and red velvet cake. The Belgian waffle with maple syrup and whipped cream was divine. The Asian section has some delicious chicken and noodle options. The dim sums weren’t too great. Pizza slices were also good though the base is a little thick. The desert counter had so many things to try from cheesecake to cake, cookies, croissants, muffins, ice cream with toppings and more.Overall it is highly recommended that you skip your breakfast before heading for the meal there. It is absolutely worth the wait. grubafare.wordpress.com

Excellent! I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews. Things must have improved since then. Everything was fresh and delicious. They had several options for for people with dietary restrictions too. I saw vegan, gluten free, and sugar free.

Mediocre. The Buffet at Aria looks AWESOME.But it tastes pretty mediocre…I was overwhelmed with how fancy it looked, and geeked out the entire time I was eating with my family about how all the food was served in Le Creuset enameled cast-iron cookware….And the food looks top notch. After eating a few plates, though, I realized that nothing was great. Everything was just okay. 🙁

Decent spread, lacked flavour. Ever get the feeling that buffet food has just sat there a little too long? That’s how I felt here. There was a elaborate spread for dinner and dessert. The food was good, but was it a home run? No. I think I’ll try Wicked Spoon next time.

I’m not a huge seafood fan but some mates I went with are and loved it. I still enjoyed it.

Decent breakfast buffet but nothing special.
