The sushi quality is better nowhere. You pay the price for it, but in Vegas you get what you pay for. Dont let the menu scare you off. Some of the rolls are as artistic as the lobby if the Wynn.
I came here for a late lunch with my family and toddler son. The food was overpriced and dissapponting. The miso black cod was tasteless and over cooked. The sea bass was also over cooked and rubbery. The XO filet was tasteless. We checked twice with the staff that there was no egg in the prawn hargow dish and fed it to my son who is severely allergic to eggs. After the dish was over, a waiter came over and said the dish contained a small amount of eggs!! The manager came back to confirm there were no eggs so my son was safe. But it freaked us out and ruined our meal. We weren’t impressed that the manager did not discount our meal as a courtesy.
