Had dinner here on our first night in Vegas. Our friends suggested this place. Loved the brewery and the concept of serving directly in the pipes to the bar. Food is really good and the service is great as well.
Perfect start to my Vegas trip. I ordered the skirt steak and cheddar cheese eggs, because I was still craving breakfast food after my morning flight. The steak was cooked perfectly, which is hard to do with a thin skirt steak. The steak is accompanied by scrambled eggs and shredded cheddar cheese. The eggs were slightly over cooked for my liking, but they were seasoned well and weren’t cooked to death. The meal is served in a cast iron pan that is lined with a sweet potato, corn and green onion griddle cake. The cake pulls the entire dish together. I could have eaten a stack of those alone! The meal comes with a side of steak sauce and a dollop of roasted pasilla butter. My server was attentive without being overbearing, and the outdoor seating area was comfortable and clean. You won’t go wrong visiting this location!
