Great taste and awesome service!!!. So I live about 5 minutes away from this wing shop, And I’m super happy about that because I can just walk here if I’m craving some good tasting wings. Back to my experience here. I walk in and I’m greeted very respectfully and very kind as soon as I walked in. Then I sat down and ordered my food, with-in 10 to 15 minutes I’m already eating my wings. and o would have to say, since I moved from New York these are the best wings I hAve had with the 11 years I have been in las vegas! The waiter was very nice and on top of his game. As soon as I finished my beer or my soda he was already on the way over to me with a new one. I rate this place 10 out of 10.
NO FAVOR WINGS. I purchased 20 wings Honey BBQ & Jerk from this restaurant for $19.99. I did feel like the wings was little high, but this was the1st time in and I wanted to try their wings. John took my order @ 5:50pm and he told me the wait time would be 15 mins. He asked me if I wanted water after 5 mins nice. Then he brings me my receipt @ 6:06pm, which is my 15 mins wait time. Now here is where it all goes downhill for me. I’m waiting and waiting and waiting. Now its 6:30pm. Of course I’m not the only person waiting. No one came over to offer me a reason for the delay. A family of 4 walked out because of the wait time. The server brings another woman her food and she sent it back. There were 3 guys there before I came in and they finally got their food after an hour wait. Now back to me…I go stand at the counter and another 5 mins goes by before John brings my wings. I open the bag to see what the wings look like and I can’t tell which is which. The serve tell me which is which and I finally leave after 45 mins wait time for 20 wings. My wings werent hot, I ate 1 of each favor wing and I still couldn’t tell which was which. The seasoning wasn’t clear. I have 18 wings left today. On top of they put 1ranch dip in my box for 20 wings, really!! These were the worse wings I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone I know. They have lost me as a customer basic on the wait time and the way the wings look and taste.
