Great Place. I had my reception at Chapala’s and my freinds and family are still talking about it. Everyone there was so nice to us. The food was great. We had about 40 people so their put out a nice buffet for us. A lot of food. The staff took care of us and made us feel right at home. Thanks Chapala’s!
Chapala’s !!!. We have been going to Chapala’s for over 30 years.I love this place and the staff. You always see someone you know in there. Sometimes I run into my kids in there. I love bringing in my family from out of town. They always treat us like family. Try the Chile Verde. The best in town. See you at Chapala’s!!
Just one word: BAD. Terrible service. Not friendly. Very negative experience. Never a yes, always a no we can’t mentality. Just not a good vibe from the staff. Dining with friends is supposed to be a good time, not an unpleasant one. Food was edible but not worth a return. The burritos were ok, not much to them, it was like there was a lack of food love by the chef. The plates that my frieds ordered looked like baby puke and you could even tell that is was a quesadilla. It was smimming in everything around it. I won’t be recommending this place to people and if they mention that they are going I will say don’t go, go to XYZ, service it much better and so is the food. I am not a picky eater, nor a food snob, but this place is not worth the time or money that you spend there. AND TO STRESS AGAIN… THE CASHIER WAS JUST A RUDE RUDE RUDE WOMAN!!! If you hate your life and your job that much, then you shouldn’t work in customer service. Really how hard is it to be friendly and smile to people. This is a city where it is acceptable to at least pretend to be happy and smile to your customers. I’d rather go to a taco shack!
The Best Place EVER!!!!!. Chapalas Mexican Restaurant is THE BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN LAS VEGAS. I had my wedding reception there, they helped me with everything I needed including finding a d.j, helped decorate, and I was lucky enough to have the room to just myself for as long as I wanted. They set up a buffett which had wonderful enchiladas, everything to make your own taco’s, fajitas and more. It was a wonderful time just me and my husband and our family with no pressure just dancing, good food and great people. Try Chapalas you won’t regret it 🙂
Basic and Tasty. I have been eating at Chapala’s with my family since 1980 or so. The food is the same, the service is the same, and the atmosphere has only changed slightly from when they moved to a newer building 50 feet from the old one. Chapala’s doesn’t change and it doesn’t need to. It is basic, tasty, and generous.
Chapalas has the BEST house margarita! And their fajitas are excellent. The salsa is also great.
