Worst experience EVER…. First of all, the customer service was HORRENDOUS. Embarrassingly so. Barely a greeting, and when we were greeted, I could barely have a conversation above the blasting music ( apparently there was a festival that day…). We decided to do take out and proceeded to wait over an hour and a half for our order. Some issue with the rice apparently…. We finally got our order, drove home, two hours of our lives gone, opened the boxes, and they had given us the wrong order! SERIOUSLY GUYS??? Come on!! Not even the poorest street vendor with limited resources would have given such crappy service. The oxtail that we received instead of the jerk chicken? Mediocre at best. The rice and peas we had to wait for? Average. The iceberg lettuce in lieu of cabbage. Poor. The plantains? Dry. Absolute waste of my time and money. Enough said.
