  Service from hell. This place i must admit has great selection of food, but the staff lacks customer service decorum, they will treat you like an idiot in the palengke and think that you are some ghetto who will eat and run, We went there as a group when we are about to finish some of our friends drop by, they never eat or taste anything on the table they came to join us for our later agenda, When we are paying they insisted that those people who just came should pay, as a nurse a little money will do no harm on my part, but why will i try to get away with it, i can afford it, these people are plain nasty… I warned some of my friend who went there and they had an issue to with regards to the fountain soda, the water and the soda machine is together, the soda will definitely be charged to you but for some who had water, they in sisted they drunk sodas as well…WTF will definitely run a campaign to boycott this place.

  I was excited to bring my boyfriend to try out Filipino buffet for the first time… We ended up getting the runs an hour later… We’re definitely not coming back and not recomending this place to anybody. Furthermore $23 dollars is alot for laxative.

  The food wasn’t that spectacular coming from a filipino as well. we had no problems with parking as some have said. The ambience could use more uplifting but it is a filipino restaurant meaning you come there for the food. I’m not looking to come back that much here but if you want filipino food that is under $10 then I urge that you try it out.

  Good Filipino food Only $8!! Good lumpia, cicig, cingong, beef steak, arroz clado, chicken skin, and pansit bihon ilicano style. They had laing but I never tried it. They had a lot of other foods, but got too full. This place is not for everyone, especially if your expecting good customer service. But for a good filipino buffet, which is kind of hard to come by in Vegas, under $9 dollars is pretty awesome! The place gets crowded, but the place is big enough to accommodate a huge crowd. There is plenty of parking also. If you love Filipino food like I do I say give this place a try. You really can’t go wrong with $8 dollars for a buffet.

  Customer service?. It’s how you treat customers that really matters in a service oriented function. You actually discriminated this bikers by telling them to move or leave. They need to post a reserved parking if allowed to reserved a parking space. I believed these parking spaces in question are for public use and the people that was parked at that time were actually customers of Kusina .

  Worst Experience. We had breakfast meeting at Kusina ni Lorraine last July 24, 2010. We were the first group of people when they open at 9AM. I had combinations of steam rice, 2 fried eggs, and bopes (internal parts of beef and hog). Bopes is my all time favorite. Our meeting lasted for a couple of hours and before it ends the owner of the joint, Aida told us we have to move our motorcycle to upstairs parking or leave because other customer has no space to park. There were only counted customer there and the owner has no right to tell us where to park. Rather their late customer can park upstairs. Their custumer service is lowest I have ever seen and this was confirm also by other customers. When I got home, I had non stop gas build-up for the rest of the day and missed my lunch. I had upset stomach for the longest that day because of their food. The food I had could had been left over for all we know.
