Second time in a row they screwed up large take out order. Marcus was order taker and clearly read the order back, not what we received!!! Instead of being apologetic they said well you did not pay for certain items…..WRONG ANSWER….as it turns out we actually did. They were rude on the phone and disconnected us 3 times. There will not be a strike 3,,,,,, two strikes is enough for us. First strike was getting someone else’s take out a few weeks ago. Suggestion, when you screw up don’t dodge blame,,,,this is HOW YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS, WHICH YOU HAVE JUST DONE!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!
