Absolutely the best!. I made reservations to have dinner with a friend I hadn’t seen in a year who recently moved back to Reno. I requested a table in the porch. There had been a small smoke incident in the kitchen the night before and we were seated on the lawn under the 102-year-old tree at the street. Leanne and James were attentive and wonderful, and we had one of those perfectly memorable evenings, catching up over pistachio-crusted goat cheese and roasted beet salad, and a sumptuous leek and blue cheese salad, diver scallops and chanterelle pasta, treated with dessert, lemon curd-filled crepes with berry sauce and plum tart with vanilla bean ice cream under the dusky light of a Riverside Ave. street lamp. Our custom cocktails were fresh and exciting (at a restaurant of this caliber, try something new!), and Leanne recommended the perfect bottle of New Zealand Marlborough Sound wine to accompany our entrees. We were even photographed to commemorate the 1st and 2nd diners to eat on the lawn! It was our privilege and pleasure, we will be hard put to ever dine anywhere else! Thank you for a lovely evening with impeccable food and service. Your seasonal daily menu will keep us coming back.
This is a great restaurant. Food & service top notch. Wine list is excellent but I brought my own Grand Cru ’05 St Emillion. Only negative was the noise factor. I will go again.
Great. This place is clean, we’ll-run, has great service, and the food is very good. What more can you ask for?
My all-time favorite restaurant in Reno! The Cassoulet is authentic and AMAZING!!!
Real escargot. Delicious sweetbreads. Great wine. Cozy atmosphere. Outstanding service.
Great wine list, disappointing food on first visit, will give another try.
This is a true gem in the downtown area. The atmosphere is quite charming. The food is amazing and the service was outstanding. A truly great French bistro in the Reno area.
