Worst Chilis I have ever been too! Horrific service. 25 minute wait for chips and queso! The last 3 visits were the biggest waste of money! Im done and will never return to this Chilis again.
Worst service in any restaurant I have been to in Reno.. 1. I ordered a tangueray martini, although he poured it from a tangueray bottle it tasted watered down, for $9.00 it should have been good. I then sat in a bar booth in order to watch my favorite team on TV and to order dinner. My waiter, a busboy and the bartender stood at the bar talking and blocking my view of the TV game. After waving to get my waiters attention I ordered a steak quesadilla , it was delicious . There were only 3 other customers in the bar area and while waiting for dinner I looked into the restaurant area which was practically empty at 6:30 PM . I know why, since I will never return to this restaurant.
