Great low key atmosphere and welcoming – outstanding creeps – savory, light and flavorful. Great French press coffee.
Creme was a delightful, last minute find the morning we were leaving town. We were traveling thru as a group of six ages ranging from 9 to 89. So, easy to see we had a big range of tastes to satisfy. The patio seating is very nice, beautiful planters and shade. The seating is not meant for lingering tho. And you do have to walk up stairs to place your order but that is the most negative thing I can say. Service was excellent, food was delicious and incredibly fresh. All the fruit was cut from the actual piece of fruit on order versus two days earlier. Crepes were light and delicate. The breakfast sandwich was very large on what looked like homemade, oversized english muffins, and the potatoes that accompany them were blue, golden Yukon and sweet potatoes. Coffee is served French press and was rich and delicious. You will leave full but happy and your body will thank you as well. (as opposed to overstuffed, ill, and regretting what you ate) Awesome little place that deserves your business…Thank you Creme for putting great ideas into action!
What a gem! Amazing crepes, great service! Must remember next time in Reno!
We loved it. What a fun place and great food. My husband is a very picky eater and they were very accommodating. The fruit presentation was beautiful.
Excellent food. Affordable. Cozy
You wouldn’t expect it and you could easily miss it but that would be a shame. Not a big menu but great choices and terrific atmosphere.
Crepes? Yeah!. I first heard of Creme when they were offering a deal on one of the single day coupon sites. I browsed their menu and saw they just had a small selection of Crepe-related goods to offer. I had no idea crepes could be so divine. I’ve never had a savory crepe before, but I tried their create your own option with bacon, mushroom and cheddar. I’m now addicted and need this on a regular basis. The mushrooms were just bursting with rich earthy flavor- each bite was bliss. Or so I thought… until I met the Caramel Apple Crepe, and the Nutella Crepe. Just like their names suggest, the dessert crepes are bliss on a fork. The caramel apple has lightly cinnamoned apple with a light caramel sauce, the nutella is bananas and nutella. Simple, but absolutely heavenly and wrapped gently in a fragile yet robust little crepe. Each time I’ve stopped in, there is no shortage of patronage. Their main server, Benjamin, is one of the BEST in Reno- formerly my favorite Barista at the Human Bean, he shows his ability to remember the names and favorites of his customers, every time I see him. He’s very friendly and it gives this little restaurant a more homey feel. On top of the heavenly crepes, they have yummy little bakery treats- I’ve had the macaroons and I’m not disappointed by them. I can’t say anything bad about this place, I just have not had a single thing to complain about. The service has always been friendly, and relatively quick considering they’re always packed wall to wall when I go in. The food has been heavenly every time I’ve been there. It’s a little hard to find, but it’s well worth the trip if you can make it. This place would be a fantastic and unique venue to have a casual lunch with the girls.
