Worst Great Basin service ever. In Sparks location. Saturday February 7th. @ 12:40, put our name in, party of 4. Saw empty tables, set for 10 to 15 minutes not cleaned. Under staffed busboys department also. people come in and left. Saw a party of 20 come in and 17 left. Watched hundreds of dollars walk out the door. The servers were busting their asses. Very short handed. Working every hard. Someone needs to look at management. Teach management to schedule property Everyone knew there was a convenation in town. We were there for 1 hour and 15 minutes, before getting our drinks because you ran out of clean glasses. The straw that broke the camels back is when the table next to us was seated after us and had received there food before ours! Regardless who orders what it’s a first come first service….we have had enough ! Went to front counter to pay for the drinks & leave! Our waitress came over and pleaded and apologized several times we understand it’s not her fault… & decided to eat our meals she brought out. What a sorry restaurant. Never again.
