Food and service was wonderful. The only thing we did not enjoy was the Bruschetta- we’ve had better. We were a large group (8) and they were attentive and helpful. We’ll definitely go back.
Delicious Lunch. This is a really nice neighborhood restaurant. The food was really good (same owners as long time locals favorite Johnny’s Little Italy). Our server, Andrea, was great and the ambience was perfect with jazz in the background and not noisy like some of those chain restaurants. This was one of the best Italian meals we have had in a long time. Save room for their gelato.
Wonderful food!. La Cucina is so good that we’ve gone three times in the last two weeks. The veggie lasagna is hands down the best I’ve ever had. On various visits we’ve ordered sandwiches, pizza and pastas, and everything was amazing. The pizzas and pastas are cooked perfectly, and the sandwiches are fun and delightful, particularly the grilled eggplant. The wine list has depth, and the chocolate raspberry cappuccino is richly sinful. The tiramisu was a little on the small side, but it had just the right level of sweetness to contrast the dark espresso. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, which makes for an enjoyable dining experience. Very highly recommended.
