Mangia Bene! Oh my, what a lunch! I enjoyed the Rigatoni Norma. A generous portion of delectable homemade Rigatoni with eggplant, tomato sauce, basil and fresh mozarella. I also chose to add grilled chicken, plus a side salad. My date started with the Minestrone soup, followed by the lunch special of Shrimp Scampi, with extra-wide Fettuccine noodles, again, homemade. The shrimp were huge and the plate emptied! Service was wonderful, thank you, Julio! The view of the city was an added bonus.
This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten out, and not at a cheap price. In addition to waiting 15 minutes past our made reservation, the food was horrible. Verging on inedible. There have been very few times I’ve left a restaurant hungry, but this is one of them. They would not refund me any amount of money, although they offered me free dessert (big whoop). I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
