  Went there for dinner and there was only one table occupied by another patron, yet the majority of the tables were dirty covered in napkins and plates. Our pizza took a very long time to get, we were there for a good hour. No one ever came out to clean the dining room while we were there and maybe only one other person came in to place an order while we were there. The pizza was pretty mediocre to top it off.

  Mountain Mikes Pizza: World’s Worst Customer Service Subpar Pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas to take home from Mountain Mikes in Reno on McCarran and Mira Loma. One was thin crust, the other was regular. The girl who took my order confirmed it on the phone, one thin, one regular crust. I picked my order up, returned home, opened the boxes and discovered that the thin crust was a regular crust. I called them to tell them and the manager, Kim Khern, argued with me, telling me that he had made both pizzas and that I was wrong. Then he hung up on me. I called back and explained to the girl who answered the phone what had happened, telling her that the manager had hung up on me. I asked to speak to the owner. She apologized and said that they were busy, but there was no one in the restaurant when I picked up my pizzas. I told her that being busy was no excuse for the manager’s behavior.I took both pizzas back to Mountain Mikes and not only did the manager (who is also the owner) refuse to take responsibility and kept making excuses, but he refused to refund my money. I told him that he didn’t understand the meaning of customer service. He never apologized, but spent the whole time time trying to prove that he was right even though I brought in both pizzas to show him and his employees that both were regular crust pizzas.Mountain Mike’s will not make it in Reno. Their pizza is subpar, their customer service is non-existent. The manager/owner doesn’t care about his customers. He’s rude, disrespectful and doesn’t understand that satisfying customers by giving them what they’ve ordered is his business. I will never, ever buy pizza from Mountain Mike’s again. They have lost my business for life.I’m so tired of incompetence and disrespectful business owners, like Kim Khern, who care only about their bottomline. (By the way, I looked him up on Facebook and I think his real name is Kim Khernprai.)
