  The utmost kid friendly, family oriented, happy atmosphere Red Robin supplies can be topped by very few. This specific one however will never be beaten in my eyes.Perched cleverly atop the corner of South McCarren and Keitzke this restaurant is reason for many smiles exchanged between kind folk on a day-to-day basis. Whether it be one of many daily regulars or a family just stopping by for a quick bite, Red Robin is the place to be. Upon immediate entry you are greeted by two (if not more) hosts, eager to grab the door for you, who then get you seated somewhere quick and preferable to wherever seems comfortable. As youre being guided to your table many funny and entertaining pictures can be seen at every glance along the bright and colorful walls. You cant help but notice the exceptional cleanliness the entire building sustains; floors spotless and clear of debris, frames hanging on walls freshly dusted and sparkling, and towering brass handled doors glistening in the sunlight. Within seconds of being seated you are greeted by a server who is ready to get your order down and food out as quickly as possible, while simultaneously providing a leisure eating experience. Each server has been recruited based on genuine reasoning and you can tell with the gentle yet assertive way they carry themselves. They want to provide the best time for you, yet also want to do it as efficiently as possible. They are amongst the best in Reno. Everyone knows this restaurant for their unmistakable slogan Red Robin!…….Yummmm. However at this location its not just the food that makes you want to rush in. Its the people. Everyone in the restaurant has a bright smile upon their face, happy to be around friends or family in such a warm atmosphere. You can tell youre in a respectable establishment when every employee there is clearly having a good time as well. Happily helping any customer within sight with anything they need. I spent some time on the Red Robin website and what I came across justifies my previous thoughts. Every team member (theyre reference to employees) is expected to work with unbridled service. This, as defined on the website, means performing random acts of kindness and going the extra mile to provide the best dining experience possible for guests. This is something you really feel whilst eating here. From entry to departure every team member wants to do whatever it takes to see you leave happy. Especially the management, they can be seen perusing the dining area checking on guests ensuring complete satisfaction of theyre meals. When not on the floor theyre found running food quickly and accurately to tables, helping in the kitchen when it gets a little overbearing for the cooks, and even tidying up restrooms at any chance they have. This restaurant is a well oiled machine, with the cogs and gears all working separately and yet together simultaneously. Lastly but certainly not least we get to the food. They are known for their delicious burgers, in my mind topped by none in Reno, for good reason. Each of their 20+ burger options are exceptionally delightful. Their beef has; no preservatives, no trans fats, no antibiotics, and no added growth hormones. Just fresh, never frozen, 100% USDA approved delicious meat. Fresh produce once delivered is hand picked by team members choosing only those products that meat the high quality standard Red Robin insists upon. Their fries, made from the best quality of potatoes, are grown in enriched soil for best taste and not to mention theyre bottomless! Im getting hungry just thinking about it! Next time you make a trip to our local Reno Red Robin take a second to look around and notice the little things most restaurants dont pay attention to. Order something new and bring plenty of friends and family along for a great dining experience. Notice how nice and helpful the team members are, and how the food is unforgettable every time. If you get the chance I would suggest having a word with the general manger of the restaurant (Trent Roeshe). He is one of the wisest men I have ever met with a heart of gold, truly someone worth knowing in life. Wherever I decide to go in this crazy world one thing I will always do is return to this wonderful establishment in my great home town and enjoy one of the best burgers around.

  I just tried RR again and it has improved dramatically.22 Jun, 2009The food is ok at this franchise store but the service is very slow. If you have enjoyed other RR resturants this location will be disappointing.
