I would say that I enjoyed my chicken parmesan, the place was great with live opera singers and you won’t get bored with a great company, you also get to draw on your table. Our server’s name was Saur, he was prompt and nice. I just didn’t like how the other servers would talk about their personal stuff while on duty and how loud the place was.

No improvement. Went back and can tell you Macaroni Grill has not improved. The wait staff consists of kids who are just not professional. Noisy, and the manager, at least the one I met soon after the place opened, is rude.
Prompt and friendly service. Incredible food. Charming ambiance and real live opera singers!! Ask for waiter Steve, he’s the best!
This place used to be great but they have removed the best items from the menu and our food looked and tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. Our server was more interested in talking to other servers then in filling drinks or clearing our table.
