Hit this several months ago out of sheer hunger and curiosity. Ordered the #1, as that is what the server recommended. I was surprised by the enormous size and loads of fresh crab, all be it imitation. Frustrating was the thimble container of wasabi and no means of applying it to or dipping the burrito. Pricey, but I was more than full.Fast forward to this weekend, and after waiting 10 minutes for my burrito (only one order ahead of me), opening the lid proved size does matter-this one was very much lacking the girth of my first and most of it was stale rice. Same issue with the wasabi, no means of using.Consistency keeps customers. Mess up just once, especially in a food court setting, plus your prices are higher than surrounding offers, customers move on.
