I am discouraged by the customer service that has been going downhill. Tonight Mike has succeeded in losing a customer for this business. If Mike has anything to do with the success of this restaurant they are definitely doomed. This could be a coaching experience and I will consider coming back once I understand Mike’s position. In the meantime he could learn how to be humble, how to deal with customer complaints appropriately and he could learn his menu.
