This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Reno! I grew up coming here, and still love coming here to this day!
I wanted to like it. The Wor Wonton Soup was simple but good with ample wontons and shrimp. We ordered beef with snow peas and generals chicken. The beef with snow peas was a replica of Palais De Jade last time I was there, nice beef but just drowned in way too much, way too thick gravy like sauce that tasted like beef stock and oyster sauce( I’ve never met anyone who likes overly portioned, unbalanced sauces yet far too many restaurants use them…..) The generals chicken was again drowned in a completely generic sauce and was way too breaded and not fried adequately (comeon Szechwan Garden, these are really basic things to not get wrong). lastly, they were too expensive, $11.95 for generals chicken!…. If it lightly breaded, flavorful and crispy maybe but not for this, panda express makes more gourmet dishes. Atmosphere was good, clean, smelled nice. We live close by so maybe we will try it again. Other reviewers said the authentic menu was good, we will order off that next time, there just wasn’t anything that sounded good this time around (I’m under the weather and wanted basic good meat, veggies and rice).

This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of stumbling upon. The service, atmosphere, prices are terrible. But above all the food was hardly even edible and i found it to be disgusting and stinky. Even the rice tasted funny. I will never set foot in this place again.
