I’m from NY and even held a job hand rolling bagels. These don’t have the girth of a typical NY bagel, but the texture of a simply toasted one with butter is very very satisfying. (I think the egg sandwiches are microwaved to melt the cheese, doing damage to the consistency of the bagel). If you know and care about NY bagels, please try these!
