I like Wendys and i go a lot. I go to the Northtown store at least once a week and it is the BEST! This store here is the worst store i have ever been too. I have been about five times because it is close to my house and i keep hoping i just had a bad experience but thats not the case. It must be bad Managment because its always bad. No smiles ever, the food is bad (old cold fries) and they just seem like they dont want you there. My wife and i came to the store around 9pm. Our first time and there was an employee way in the back who saw us and duct out real quick. We waited at the counter for several minutes and they New we were waiting. The place was empty! Finally when they realized we werent leaving they came out and just gave us attitude. It felt like the twilight zone.
Not hot and juicy more like warm and dry. This is the first ever Wendy’s that I didn’t like.
