Wonderful service, great food! Fortunately we went on a not too busy evening, so we did not need reservations and did not need to wait. The pesto was kind of boring, but the halibut special was great!
Bad introduction but,great Service, food, and wine!. This restaurant was highly recommended by friends of ours who frequent this establishment. Upon arrival, we were asked if we had a reservation. We told the gentleman that we did not. ( It was only Tuesday: didn’t know we needed one.) After what seemed to almost be a problem, we were given a booth. I was starting to wonder if we had made a mistake coming here.Moments later we were greeted very warmly by our server Cindy, who too the edge off of our initial experience very quickly. We were offered wine and appetizers and learned of the evenings special selections.My husband and I chose the two seafood selections that Cindy suggested But my elderly father-in-law had a difficult time, as he has special needs. Our server was so very patient and accommodating and seemed to truly care about these needs. Our dinner was good, above average and the wine was rich and smooth. But if you are looking for warm, friendly service, this is where you will find it if you can get a seat.We will be back with reservations next time. Lisa
Not as good as reviews say. From the moment we walked in the whole experience was very slow. The waitress hardly noticed we were there. Everything took forever to come to the table including the check. The food was not glamerous or even appetizing. While over priced for the quality of food and the very poor service, I will not be back.
This is truly a local gem. The food was outstanding. I tried the cheese tortellini which was phenomenal. The portions are huge, and the prices are fair. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic. The service was exceptional. Great place to check out.
Rombauer chardonay by the glass!!! Great food, friendly staff. Truly a gem in Reno (which can be hard to come by)

Won’t be back. Large portions of decent food but not good enough to overcome dealing with the snotty server we had.
