  Horrible service. Horrible food. Horribly slow. A waste of two hours. Yes. Two hours. Never got asked for another drink. Caesar salad from a bag is better. I can’t go on. Just bad.

  Poor experience. Made a 5:30 reservation for 6 for my parents 50th wedding Anniversary for Sunday November 17th, 2013. When we made the reservation we asked for a table away from the center as we were celebrating something very special. When we arrived we were seated right smack in the center, told nothing else was available. We were greeted with menus, butter and tomatoes and garlic (no bread). 10 minutes later the waiter came over to take our dinner order, did not even see we had not yet been offered drinks(even water). I will say that the waiter was apologetic and quickly took our drink order as my dad was waiting to toast the special night. Sorry to say that we had to wait even longer as my drink never came. The manager finally came by to ask how we were doing and rushed to make things right with my drink. We then ordered appetizers and dinner, still no bread after asking twice. This was the theme of the night, looking at our waiter attending to other tables, way to many. The next time our waiter came to the table was to ask if we were ready for desert, others brought our dinner to the table, bread came right before that. We brought a small cake with us to celebrate the occasion as we were told the resturant did not have any but were also told they don’t allow cakes to be brought in. That was the final straw, we went to the parking garage where we presented my parents with a specially made cake and celebrated there. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING.On the up side the food was excellent and lived up to what we heard.

  Excellent!!. Don Vito’s is by far the best Italian in town and the prices are excellent! (Even though they just raised menu prices it’s still very reasonable) The ambience is very relaxed! Tracy, the server, is extremely professional, gracious and welcoming! We love her and go back to see her! Some of the servers though are very rude and unprofessional, accusing of us not being guests of the hotel and demanding our IDs once. Now we always request Tracy.

  Disappointing Except for the very good Calimari Friti appetizer the entrees were lackluster. I had the pan-seared crusted sea bass and DW had the linguini w/red clam sauce. On the plus side portions were large and prices reasonable. Pasta and fish were properly cooked and service was adequate. On the downside the extra-charge Ceaser salad was a joke with flavorless domestic parmesan and no hint of garlic or anchovies. The sea bass was glazed in a wine-butter reduction that contributed only an oily mouth-feel that desparately cried out for some acidity. The server checked our satisfaction before the 1st forkful but disappeared by the time that a wedge of lemon would have rescued this dish. The bed of tough, undercooked broccoli sprigs did little to improve the situation. Overall, flavors were bland and hardly would prompt a return visit.

  Some of the best osso bucco I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying! Excellent service. Delicious meal!!
