Could not fault the breakfast here. We had a egg white omelette and the kids had the usual naughty dishes of a stackOf pancakes. The hash brown side was not exciting, just Ok. Service was good but without a smile.
Grand Cafe Red Rock restaurant. Came for dinner @545pm. Was not seat ed until 615.Since we are both chairman status we were first in line. There were half the restaurant with empty seats. Many right in front. We were told they are short staffed. This is Dinner Time!! 4 or5 wait staff people were standing around. This is not the first time. Probably we will go elsewhere in the future.Very poorly run.
You might not want to eat here if you are gluten free. http://www.canieathere.com/juli-la-porte-blog/can-you-eat-gluten-free-at-the-red-rock-las-vegas
Blech. Had a late meal here. Fries were cold and hard and turkey melt was bland and unremarkable. Coffee shop dining I guess – avoid if any of the other Red Rock offerings are open when you’re planning to eat. Looks like a Grand Luxe but doesn’t approach that level of quality.
Nice setting. Typical casino coffee shop but in a nice atmosphere. When the lines get long at the buffet head over here.
Typical casino cafe…good cheese quesadilla…
Don’t go for breakfast. We used to have breakfast here every morning we stayed at the Red Rock. Of the three times I ordered the fresh fruit plate, twice I received moldy grapes (on different trips, at least a few months apart). Also, by the time I would get fresh fruit, eggs, and coffee, it came out to be a very expensive breakfast. Then we tried the buffet at Red Rock. Now, I’m not one for buffets, however for breakfast this one can’t be beat. For less than my fresh fruit & egg breakfast at the Grand Cafe, I was able to get all of the same stuff, plus smoked salmon and a few other extras. In summary, skip the Grand Cafe if you’re looking for a good breakfast.
