Ate there on a Friday evening at 7:30. Twenty minute wait to get in. Very loud, had to yell to be heard. Had sausage selection appetizer. Nice selection of three types. Served warm, not hot. Then had tri-tip sandwich. Pretty good, though the meat was a little dry & the bun was very greasy. Mac and cheese side was warm, not hot. Friend had a full rack of ribs, & he liked it. Left at 6:00 pm-not much improvement.Music is great but more attention needs to be paid to customer service & experience.Will try again one day.
Great place the outlet is located inside of the Red Rock Casino in downtown Summerlin. Great menu awful lot of meat, but I was surprised to see an assortment of other dishes such as fish answer some comfort food. My beautiful one and I ordered the Bacon Deviled eggs for appetizers then the whole rack of ribs with Mac and Cheese Baked beans. Great atmosphere sports bar/restaurant. Finally needed a to go bag. Lot of food.
I usually love Lucille’s but this time I had the WORST service I have ever encountered. My drink sat empty for 25 minutes and I was not asked once how my meal was or if I needed anything. I had to ask another server if she could please get us some more drinks and thankfully she was more than willing to help us. She then had to check on us periodically because our own waiter didn’t.
Horrible service. Floor manager is walking around flirting with the wait staff. Sat at the bar waiting for a table, only 3 customers at the bar. 3 bartenders were so busy talking about lasts night party they ignored is for 13 minutes. Never got a drink.
Good food!. First time eating here after it came highly recommended from family. I got the Fried Chicken. I thought it was delicious. Nice and crispy, good mashed potatoes and gravy. My wife got the Memphis pulled pork sandwich. really good flavor and nice and juicy. Sweet Potato fries were really good as well. She also got the Peach Lemonade that was really good. we will definitely come again.
Overpriced for the quality of the food. Lacked smokehouse flavor, nothing I would order again.
