My husband and I had the Honor of dining at Aquaknox for our 25th Wedding Anniversary Dinner! Holy Cow! What an experience! We had a Tour of the Menu with wine paring! I literaly floated out after dinner! We started off with the Aquaknox Plateau for 2! The presentation is Beautiful! I would love to tell my favorite, but the ENTIRE plateau was incredible, Lobster, Oysters, Prawns, Crab, Mussels, and Ponzu Oyster Shooters I was in SEAFOOD HEAVEN! The Lobster Bisque was Perfectly Creamy, very comforting, get that warm fuzzy feeling when it slides down! The Crab Cakes were Outstanding! Our Filets were cooked to perfection, just the way I love to eat it! I mean you cant ask for more! They give it ALL UP! The service was Stellar! From our Server to our Somm. everything was Remarkable! I happen to love the seating there as well, they offer the coziest booths if you are looking for a little bit more privacy while you indulge! Very elegantly decorated and they have a most beautiful water wall on the way in! The Venetian has done it once again, another NOT TO MISS spot in Las Vegas, Aquaknox!
