My wife and I visited this recently opened bakery on our vacation. My wife selected a cheese Danish, I a pistachio roll and we a pistachio financier. Both the Danish and pistachio roll were very good and reasonably priced, but our first ever financier proved to be at best, fair. The size of the bakery operation and number of workers is much larger than could be supported by the walk-in business we saw during our stay so I would guess a wholesale operation is either being conducted or contemplated. Update: July, 2016 – according to a publish review, this bakery is providing the brioche rolls for Eggslut that just opened in the Cosmopolitan.
