Sir Elton, Well Done. I had the chance to attend their pre-opening party and it was every bit as fantastic as I had hoped it would be: Sexy design, great service, a flabbergasting offering of bubbles and a very ideal location within Caesars.Wonderfully high ceilings and great Gatsby-esque lighting fixtures all around. There’s an elegant golden glow that gently blankets everything inside. Fizz is the perfect spot for a post-show cocktail… I do hope they keep it classy and don’t attempt to turn it into yet another nightclub.
