The service was really nice. Everyone was courteous and the wait wasn’t long at all for a table for six. The good was good. It didn’t remind me of back home but I was really good and the price made it worth it.

Not worth the trip. Vacationing in Vegas and decided to try out M & M Soul Food. The photos and menu looked great on all the Vegas travel sites. It was a huge disappointment. The service was horrible. Had the food been amazing I could have overlooked that. I ordered the chicken and waffles with a side of potatoes. My husband got pancakes an eggs. It was nothing spectacular. Definitely not worth the costly cab ride. If you’re a local it’s a cheap eat but out of towners beware!

The worst ever. Had the restaurant to cater an elegant affair. Food was late, macron and cheese an collated greens showed up two hours late. Punch was bland and hot. My guest could not drink the punch. The chicken was burned, the collards an macroni and cheese was cold, the salad was brown and not fresh, the peach cobbler was burnt on the bottom and untastefulThe owner Mr. G wanted $3000.00 to cater 75 peoples. The owner and his assistant, Ms. S. Knows nothing about catering . The assistant is rude and arrogant, she is a bully and want you to pay her without receipts. The owner will not return phone calls. We paid his bill but will never go to his restaurant again. I will get Ms. Elms or other soul food restaurant in Vegas to cater for me.I was tired apologizing to my guest for the bad food cold and burnt food.Very disappointed with this ownership and professionalism.Loy

Totally disappointed!!!!!!!!. My GF and I recently relocated to Las Vegas from Los Angeles and having not found a new house we are living in a temp. corp. housing apt. We eat all our daily meals out and we were excited to stumble upon M & M soulfood. I am very familiar with this popular eatery that has multiple locations in the Los Angeles area and probably have eaten at all their locations. This Las Vegas M & M’s is sadly not related to any M & M’s I’ve been to.If Mississippi Mary herself had the chance to stop in this place she would most likely fire all the cooks. The food had no soul and was lacking in the seasonings that I have been accustomed to at each and every other M & M. First thing we noticed is the small portions. We normally can eat 2 days on one dinner so we don’t mind the higher prices. Really? a ice cream scoop of dressing?Today we ordered Yams, mac n cheese, dressing, smothered chix, oxtails. Omg! the smothered chix was fried chix w/ dark brown gravy and not cooked and simmered in a thick chix gravy that falls off the bone…..I must say that the waitresses and help were all cheerful and timely. To all the reviewers who love this place pls take trip to south central Los Angeles and eat at a real M & M’s so u can see what you are missing.Sincerely, OG customer

Decent Southern favorites, good service, funky fun music and relaxed vibe, but I’ve had some better Soul Food in Vegas. Everything felt like it could use a little more flavor-
