I dont think this is as good as in Beverly Hills. Maybe its because its so crowded and so busy there it sets its own ambiance. We had an early sitting so we were well looked after. My only complaint was that everything came out so separate is was a multi course meal. The duck was probably 30 min after everything else. It was fantastic duck but would have enjoyed it more with the rest of my meal.
Service was terrible! After we ate our dinner our dirty plates sat in front of us for 20 minutes, we had to call someone over for the check. Food was nothing extraordinary at all. Duck was the only thing we enjoyed. Sommelier serviced us just fine, probably cause we ordered a $690 bottle of wine. Save your money, eat at the downstairs Chinese restaurant. First and last trip to Mr. Chow for us.
Had the original noodles, sea bass, steamed veggies, chicken, and vegetable fried rice. All were great and I would definitely return. The atmosphere was also amazing.
Very disappointed! $150 for 2 people and the food wasn’t that great and the service was horrible for a high end restaurant! They are so clumsy and unorganised with their service and so stupid by giving us knives and forks with plates, 1st of all, it was a Chinese restaurant, secondly their table was too small to have western style cutlery (we have no where to put anything, the table next to us they have no where to put their drinks and rice) so we asked for chopsticks they gave us those in pic 2! That is just purely stupidity and unprofessional then finally I get them to give me a bowl and proper chopsticks so I can eat my food properly. Very disappointed! Worst ‘Chinese fine dinning’ I have ever experienced. By the way, their have stupid lighting too!
