Always loves Nobu. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is amazing with the mix of flavour and presentation. I went to Soho and now here n Vegas. Not disappointed but be prepared to spend lots to eat. But always memorable!
Nobu is simply sensational. I love the food here! We had a fantastic meal at Nobu. We left our experience in the hands of the chef and the food provided delighted our table. If in Vegas, you must go to Nobu. This place is expensive, so make the most of a special evening and you will be delighted by the experience.
Nobu was fabulous! My husband and I like to stay at Caesars Palace and last time we didn’t get around to trying it. This past trip we were lucky enough to find a seat at the bar for an amazing dinner. We never plan too far in advance because you never know where your day will take you in Vegas. The service at the bar was wonderful and we picked out several menu items to try with some helpful guidance from the staff. We were not disappointed and I cannot wait to return. Each dish was simply amazing. We really weren’t even that hungry but just wanted something small to eat and some drinks. We left happy, satisfied, and looking forward to another meal there in the future. Simply wonderful!
It is top, the best japanise restaurant in Las Vegas for me. They have custom menus which includes almost everything (meat, fish, sushi etc…) If you like japanise cusine you must vist Nobu. Di not forget to make reservasion.
This is our fifth Nobu that we have been to, and it was consistently spectacular. The ambience and lighting was very cool, service was impeccable. We started out with the shishito peppers which had just the right amount of spice and sweetness. Next was rock shrimp with traditional sauce, a Nobu staple that is not to be missed. Cucumber was next for a change of palate, then a couple of lobster and crab tacos, which are layered with taste. Another order of rock shrimp, this time with jalapeo sauce. Then the black cod miso, which was buttery smooth and popping with flavour. A great meal experience.
Outstanding dinner at Nobu. Fresh & tasty sushi and sashimi. Spicy Shishito peppers. Excellent Hamachi with jalapeos. Solid cocktails and great service!!
I have had the privilege of dining at Nobu a few times and finally was able to take my wife to experience what I feel is the best restaurant in Vegas. The Japanese-Peruvian style dishes are small plates served individually so they can be slowly enjoyed and appreciated. They are full of flavor and a mix of texture. YES it is pricey, it’s not a Chinese buffet, but well worth it. Pair each dish with sake or a unique Japanese beer and eat slowly and you get at very unique experience. We had 7 dishes all recommended by the awesome waiter, including the yellowtail jalapeo, black cod lettuce wraps and my favorite short rib gyoza!We took our time, savored every bite and left extremely happy as I suggest you do. dadslifeblog.com
