We went directly from the airport to Caesars and walked into Nobu at the sushi bar. Told the chef a light omakase due the time of night. Our fav dish from Nobu in Melbourne which we went to frequently when we lived there is also on this menu. Crispy rice cubes with tuna to spread and then dipped into soy sauce. It is such a wonderful dish. Another highlight was the iconic black cod. We also had foie seared over sushi rice. Could have eaten about 20 of those. Love Nobu – wish we could go all the time!!
Went there for dinner, food tasted very good and its all very fresh, but the service was extremely slow it was so annoying we were hungry and we already had our name on waiting list for an hour. The portions are veeeeery small! We were looking at the website before deciding to come and it all looked very mouthwatering and generous, the tacos looked so good on the picture. In reality they turned out to be as big as my thumb, the plate looked pathetic. Its like false advertising! We ordered sushi, they taste good but the choice offering is very basic. And we tried the meat too it tasted very good. Im not sure I will come back to the one in Vegas. If Im gonna give Nobu a chance it would be the one in Malibu.
