  I have been a lifelong fan of Chef Wolfgang Puck, and Spago was my first introduction to his amazing culinary genius!I tried the beetroot salad and the plating was just divinely gorgeous! Every other dish I had from the steaks to the seafood, the taste of it all was just sumptuous!

  November, 25, 2018I went to Bellagio front desk, asked them which restaurant is good. They recommended me to go to spago with good fountain view.. and they helped us to make reservation right away.Its pretty long walk from front desk to that restaurant, but it’s worth for it.We asked for patio seats with nice fountain view.We tried..Medium rare Prime beef burger with non crispy fries. My hubby love it.Lamb pizza… not much lamb inside.. too big .. I couldn’t finish it..Brussels sprouts… it’s too salty for me2 glasses of red wine and 1 glass of white wineChocolate souffle with salted caramel ice cream.. we love it… so smooth and puffy.Beside everything come so slow… at least 40 minutes wait for our food..Its end up we finished our lunch after 3 hours..Worth to try with nice fountain dance viewI paid USD $160 for 2 people for lunch…I
