While the food was good, the waitress changed the bill and tipped herself $29000 on a 250$ bill thereby maxing my credit card limit and making the card unusable for nearly 12 hours while I was on vacation. Really enjoyed having my credit card rejected while at lunch with my new boss the next morning. While the manager got the bogus charge cancelled… didn’t offer anything for our trouble and inconvenience. He has to speak to ‘corporate’. I know it is within their power to do something about it immediately. I’m pissed and never plan to eat at this restaurant or any of its chains ever again.Okay… So I’m amending my review. After a discussion with the manager, they gave us a gift card to account for their error and promised us a better return visit. I’ll review it again after we go back… But based on customer service, I cannot say they still sit at a 1.0 rating. Stay tuned!
This is my go-to sushi spot in Vegas. We always do the tasting menu, but not the one listed on the menu, we prefer to let the waiter surprise us with new and different items we may not have had before. Sushi Roku is one of few places I can trust with this, seems like every other sushi place brings out the same things and they never do! Had a great NYE here a couple years ago too, sat right near the front windows and when they opened them up for the midnight countdown we had an amazing view of the whole strip! stylishlysocial.com
The view down the strip is amazing. We had dinner here the wait staff was excellent. Our waitress helped us adjust several dishes as we are vegetarians. We would definitely eat here again.

Went for an early dinner. Staff was very welcoming. App was the yellow tail with olive oil and chillies….YUM! Spicy tuna roll and sashimi was next. Portions were good. My wife had the lobster role. She loved it. Would go back for sure.
The best I’ve had so far.. We sat at the bar and asked the Itamae (chef) to make recommendations staying away from the usual salmon/tuna/tempura shrimp varieties of pieces and rolls. Everything was delicious and tasted amazingly fresh. Our bill was $120 for a large warm sake, 2 miso soups, a large plate of yellowtail carpaccio, 3 orders of various rolls, and about 8 pieces of sushi (mostly coming from the premium category). Our average sushi bill is about half the $$ for the same amount of food, but it was worth it. Service was excellent, knowledgable, responsive, and friendly. I will be going back.
The first thing they served me was some one else’s left overs. (Seriously they brought me a bag with some else’s food and dropped it on the table). That was gross. When my food came it was below average. The Tempura was cakes on – like fried food at a diner – rather than light and flakey. The teriyaki salmon was basic and bland. With so many other high quality restaurants close by you’ll want to avoid the average offerings from Sushi Roku.
