Amazing!! The pan roasts are the best. My favorite is tje crab, shrimp, and lobster combo. you choose 1-10 for spice. I like spicy and i inly do 5. Cooked in little bowls right in front of you. You sit at a bar that seats only 18 people. Lines are long but worth the wait. Also oyster bar, pasta and New Orleans favorites. Love this place!!
Long, long wait. When we arrived on a Tuesday evening at around 8PM, there were only 5 other people waiting in line, but it took forever for the bar stools to turnover so we ended up waiting almost an hour for a seat and then another 30 minutes for our meal to be prepared. The usual cook took a break just as we sat down and the back-up needed to check the menu posted on the wall to determine what ingredients were to be used. We each ordered bouillabaisse which comes with rice and bread that we barely touched. Once again this was the best we have found in Las Vegas; literally loaded with seafood though the promised cod was MIA and the crab legs very small. However, the meal just was not worth the extraordinary wait.30 May, 2011Long wait. In March the line moved rapidly, but this evening we ended up waiting and waiting and waiting. On being seated Ann ordered a bowl of New England clam chowder while I opted for the cioppino, a spicy tomato-based stew that included crab, shrimp, mussels and fish. Both dishes were good, but we were more interested in getting some shuteye than eating after our long flight.29 Mar, 2011Very good pan roasts. After a short wait for stools to open at the oyster bar, we each ordered the combination pan roast that included crab, lobster, fish, shrimp and a generous portion of rice. The pan roast is prepared in front of you and it proved to be both delicious and filling
This is a must if you are in Las Vegas. Only seats 18 and there may be a wait but it is worth it. They make your food fresh and to order.Keeps me coming back again and again!
This place is great. I went there at 4:30 in the morning and had to wait in line. Well worth it. Everything is great I can’t say anything better about this place.
Great Food, Best in Vegas. We eat here every time we’re in Vegas (5 times this year) and it has yet to disappoint. The oysters taste fantastic and fresh and are somehow second to the wonderful Pan Roasts. It is (relatively) quick, tastes perfect, and has a great ambiance for those looking for a tasty seafood treat in the Sin City.
Who would know. That this place is a hidden gem, or jackpot, of a restaurant. counter with seats, not much ambiance, only great food at a reasonable price.
Combo Pan Roast is the best!!!. Every time I go to Vegas (I go at least once per month), I have to go to the Oyster Bar at Palace Station and get their combo pan roast. The combo pan roast has lobster, shrimp, crab in a cream based sauce that is VERY GOOD!!! They have other things too (gumbo, seafood salad, etc..), but their are famous for their pan roasts (they make everything in front of you).No matter what time of the day you go, there is always a line. The place may not look like much (resembles a bar), but it is very good. There is a reason why there is always a line, it is VERY GOOD!
