Get the lamb!,. We had a ‘just family’, pre-wedding dinner at The Core. Richard and Alexia couldn’t have been more accommodating. His Farm-to-Table food philosophy made for some wonderful fresh choices. There were enough of us that we had a sampling of almost everything on his menu, but my favorite was his Lamb. Yum!The wine was lovely, and Alexia was very knowledgeable about both libations and food. There were a few folk with food allergies, and Richard came out to discuss them, adjusted accordingly.Our server, Sierra, was charming and so helpful. Our needs were met before we knew we needed anything. The atmosphere was warm (open fire place burning) and interesting. Such a historical building! Thanks y’all. We will be back on our next trip through Virginia City.
