We frequent many places for both cupcakes and ice cream, and we thought Cake Tahoe provided some of the best we have ever had for both treats. We were travelling through, but if we lived here we would be regulars for sure.
A must stop in Truckee!! Even though I’m a chocolate fanatic, the Creme Brûlée was over the top delicious. Owner was friendly and it was well worth stopping for.
The cupcakes received a thumbs up from the family and the ice cream I had was good. I don’t know how they rank in the world of cupcake bakeries, but if you want a little dessert and are downtown it wouldn’t hurt to stop by.
