Love this place. The ambiance was cozy and not pretentious. The bartender/server Jamie was amazing. Very knowledgeable and relatable. Great wine and liquor selection, but the best part was the food! We tried 3 different sushi rolls and they were all amazing. The striped dragon roll was our favorite and probably one of the top 5 rolls we have ever had. Cant recommend this place enough as they hit every mark on the nose.

Fredick’s Bistro is awesome! The food is fantastic and the 1/2 price sushi on thursday is great!!!
