Great quality gone terribly wrong in this economy!!!!!. Let me start by saying that Dim Sum has been an absolute favorite of mine since the late 80’s. But, when the economy sank, so did their quality. I’ve ordered plenty of times just to make sure my taste buds were still intact! LOLThe crab rangoon. Undercooked. Different taste to it even when adequately cooked.The spareribs. Well, they’re usually nice and red/pink (darker on exterior, lighter on the inside). Not lately. They look like meat well done or spoiled, very dry and darker brown. Don’t taste right at all. The fried rice is hard, like it’s undercooked. Yuck!China Garden, down the street, is a better choice these days.
