Don’t bother – they don’t need or care about your business. I’ve been anxiously awaiting the opening of the Epping location, as I work nearby. I’ve heard such rave reviews about the Manchester location, so I was very excited for a good restaurant to finally open in such a dismal food area. I will say that the two meals I’ve had since they opened were fair (the BBQ chicken pizza was edible, but nothing special, the side Caesar salad was also fair, but the saltimbocca pizza was quite tasty). However, the treatment I received by the manager Christine, and subsequently the owner Priscilla, has been unconscionable. I was actually told by the manager that she didn’t care about my repeat business when I complained about her not honoring a printed special offer. I gave the owner two additional opportunities to rectify the situation with a simple apology, and even then she could only insist that the whole thing was a misunderstanding on my part, rather than accept responsibility for making a mistake. I wanted to like this place. I am a foodie and I eat out frequently, so I am horribly disappointed that it’s the service that is going to be the downfall of this place. Don’t waste your time or money on this beautiful-on-the-outside, but very ugly, ugly place on the inside.

Slipping. When 900 Degrees opened, they were the talk of the town — fantastic pizza, great entrees, fresh salads. Last couple of times we’ve eaten there, they are just going through the motions. No more free bread (and with the lengths of time we’ve waited for food, we would have paid for bread), salads look like supermarket salad mix dumped on a place, excessive ash on pizza (do they ever clean the over???) Overpriced for the current quality. Plus their on-line menu is several versions outdated from the current menu — good luck ordering take-out.

I am very on the fence about this place. I do enjoy their pizza. I don’t enjoy their overpriced but small drinks. The last time I went here, was for my mom’s birthday. We were waiting upon one person in our party and five of us were sitting around the small waiting area, because they wouldn’t let us sit at our table, even though they had already reserved the table for us. I asked the hostess kindly (who was about 16), if we could please sit and just order drinks since they were holding the table and she seemed annoyed by my question yet gave me no real reason why we couldn’t yet when another party asked to be seated while they wait for their last two guests, she seated them quickly. At that point I was so agitated that I just told her we would like to be seated in a very annoyed manner to which she didn’t take well and after seating us, spoke to our waitress privately and we continued to get crappy service. I would only go back for their pizza and atmosphere. Otherwise, don’t expect anything great from their staff.
