Walking in Downtown Manchester, I randomly chose Buba. Nice, smallish place. Very mellow vibe, excellent service. I chose a group of appetizers (calamari, egg rolls, dumplings) all tasty and just right. I’d definitely return.
We stopped by for date night. I had the ramen and hubby had beef stew. Both dishes were piping hot and delicious. The server was friendly and helpful. We are going to come here again soon.
Had the spicy ramen bowl on Tuesday night specials list with chicken. Bowl of Ramen had a lot of flavor, the chicken flavor was amazing, the spice level was just right. Definitely worth another visit to try something else on the menu.
My boyfriend and I have gone a handful of times and absolutely love it! We both crave their pho and many other beautiful fresh dishes. Lovely atmosphere and great service every time!
